Beteyah 100 piece bucket of Vitellas, the throwing cap for playing the game of Beteyah. Beteyah is an exciting game that is not only fun but improves the baseball or softball hitting skills of the players. The game that Dominican Republic players learn and play at an early age, has been a vital tool to developing some of the greatest players in the world. As a professsional ball player myself for 13 years and now instructing young players, this game highlights the most important areas of hitting a ball consistantly.  No stepping in the bucket or pulling your head/eyes off the ball will be tolerated in this game if you are to play it well. A game that can be played in just about any area, size field, back yard etc. I own batting cages and we play Beteyah here at the facility in the batting cage. Growing up in NYC, playing stickball my whole life, this game brings me back to good old fashion, "get your friends together, choose up teams, make your rules, and play for hours", all the time improving your skills that will help a baseball or softball player perform at their best.
