HIGH VELOCITY PLYOMETRICS ENHANCE PERFORMANCE
A major objective of Crossover Symmetry is to optimally train athletes of all ages utilizing high velocity plyometrics, which has never been effectively performed in the upper extremities at athletic speeds. Most athletes are not ready to compete, strength wise, by performing internal & external rotation using light resistance bands and dumbbell exercises.  These exercises, which are great for early rehab, are not advanced enough to train the fast twitch muscle fibers of the rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers which are essential for the overhead athlete.  Crossover Symmetry’s Advanced Plyometric Workout will enhance the performance of the athlete and help to prevent injury.
