The CS Indoor/Outdoor package is a multifunctional rotator cuff and scapular strengthening system that can be used for a dynamic warm up, rehabilitation, injury prevention and performance enhancement. The simple to use door attachment allows practical application at home or on the road and the Crossover Cords can be attached to a chain link fence for outdoor use.

Package available in 4 resistance levels:
