Learning the Fundamentals and giving 100% has always been the key instruction received at first from his dad, John Valle Sr., and heard repeated through the years from minor league and big league coaches. John learned that without being a FUNdamentally sound ballplayer combined with hard work, no player will reach their God given potential.
